Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Effective Date: July 8, 2026

CRITICAL POLICY: ZERO TOLERANCE FOR CSAE / CSAM We have absolute zero tolerance for any content, behavior, or facilitation related to Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Violators will be immediately banned and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies.

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

At Pool EZ (the "Platform"), protecting children is our highest priority. We maintain a strict, absolute zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We do not tolerate the use of our services to create, share, view, store, encourage, or facilitate any exploitation or abuse of minors.

Any account found to be engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to engage in activities related to CSAE or CSAM will be immediately and permanently terminated. Furthermore, we will cooperate fully with law enforcement and report all instances of CSAM/CSAE directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

2. Prohibited Conduct

Users of the Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

  • Creating or Uploading Content: Sharing, transmitting, uploading, or distributing any images, videos, audio, text, or metadata representing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
  • Facilitating Exploitation: Organizing, coordinating, soliciting, or funding any activities, groups, or transactions that involve or support the exploitation or abuse of minors.
  • Storage of Exploitation Material: Utilizing Platform servers or local sandbox storage to store, cache, or maintain any content related to CSAE/CSAM.
  • Grooming and Harassment: Using communication channels, group invitations, comment threads, or payment descriptions to contact, groom, harass, or abuse minors.

3. Prevention and Detection

To maintain a safe community and proactively identify potential violations, the Platform employs robust technical and manual review mechanisms:

  • Automated Scanning Tools: We utilize advanced content moderation and media scanning tools to detect illegal imagery, video files, and suspicious attachments uploaded to our system.
  • Metadata and Text Filtering: Automated keyword filters monitor group titles, descriptions, ledger notes, and chat communications for metadata signals, indicators of grooming, or solicitation terms associated with exploitation.
  • Trust & Safety Review Team: A dedicated, specialized Trust & Safety team reviews system alerts, handles user-submitted abuse reports, and enforces platform compliance guidelines 24/7.

4. Mandatory Reporting

As part of our commitment to safety and compliance with international and federal laws (including 18 U.S.C. ยง 2258A), the Platform enforces a mandatory reporting workflow:

  • NCMEC Reporting: Upon detecting, identifying, or receiving a credible report of CSAM or CSAE on our Platform, we immediately report the offending account, associated content, and telemetry to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
  • Law Enforcement Cooperation: We work in full cooperation with federal, state, and international law enforcement agencies, preservation requests, and subpoenas to ensure exploiters are held legally accountable.

5. Account Enforcement

When a violation is identified or reported, we execute swift enforcement actions:

  • Profile Termination: Immediate, permanent suspension of the offending profile and deletion of all associated active payment pools or ledgers.
  • Telemetry Blacklisting: We log and blacklist key device identifiers, IP addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers linked to the offender to prevent them from re-registering or creating new accounts on the Platform.
  • Asset Freezing & Reporting: Suspending active ledger transaction settling routing and sharing corresponding financial identity records with law enforcement.

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter any suspicious activity, group, ledger description, or content that you suspect violates our CSAE Standards, or if you believe a minor is in immediate danger, please report it immediately:

  • Platform Trust & Safety: Contact our safety response team directly at safety@chipin.app. Please include any relevant group names, user handles, or screenshots.
  • National Cybertip Line: File an official report directly with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at www.cybertip.org or by calling their toll-free hotline at 1-800-843-5678 (1-800-THE-LOST).
